Privacy Policy

At Localist CRM, we prioritize your privacy.
We are designed as a pure relationship management system that does not collect sensitive personal data.

1. Data Collection & Methods

We do not collect or store any sensitive or personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, phone numbers, or emails. We only handle the minimum necessary anonymous data to provide the service:

  • Collected Data: Anonymous unique card ID (system-generated), points/stamps records, visit timestamps, and device tokens for push notifications (with consent).
  • Collection Method: Automatically generated when a user requests a digital card, maintained via the browser's local storage.

2. Use of Data

The collected anonymous data is utilized exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To provide membership benefits (stamps, coupons, tiering) for the specific shop the user joined.
  • To support anonymous 1:1 communication and notifications between the shop and the user.

3. Data Retention & Duration

Data is securely held until the user stops using the service or clears the browser cache. The anonymous ID remains on the device until local storage is cleared. Chat history is kept for a maximum of 1 year for server resource management and then automatically deleted.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Localist CRM does not sell, lease, or share user data with any third parties. All data is encrypted and securely stored.

5. User Rights

Users can discontinue the service at any time by simply deleting their browser's local storage or cookies.
